A hall set out with runs of double-sided display boards before an event
Poster & display board hire · Scotland · UK-wide

Exhibition boards that don't look hired.

Double-sided 2m × 1m panels with no poles between them, so a run of boards reads as one continuous wall. Delivered, installed and collected.

Recent installations

Venues we know our way around.

Access routes, lift sizes, dock times, floor protection rules. Where we've worked before, the survey is already done.

Each venue gets its own page — access notes, layouts that work in that room, photographs. This is what replaces the 19 city pages.

The panel

Board size options

The older 6ft × 3ft boards most suppliers still run leave an A0 poster crowded and low. Ours puts the poster at eye level with room above for a number, a header and a plastic pocket.

Why organisers re-book

We provide a comprehensive service to support organisers

Most complaints about hired boards come down to the same three things. Ours are built to avoid them.

Before you enquire

The questions we get every week.

How many boards do I need?

Roughly one A0 poster per side — so a session with 100 posters needs about 50 boards, plus a few spares. Send us the poster count and the room and we'll work it out against the floor plan.

Why isn't there a price list?

Because the two things that actually move the price — where the event is and when we can get in and out — change with every booking. A per-board figure would be wrong for most people. Tell us the venue, the dates and a rough board count and you'll have a full quote with no hidden extras.

Do you set the boards up?

Yes, and it's in the price. An experienced installer builds them in your layout and comes back to collect. You don't need to handle a panel or find volunteers.

What if my numbers change?

Normal, and usually fine. We hold large stocks, so increasing an order close to the date is rarely a problem — we'll tell you what extra panels cost when we quote, so there's no surprise.

How do posters go up?

Velcro coins or squares on the back of each poster. We supply Velcro with the hire, and can provide commercial reels at trade prices for bigger events.

Can you deliver outside working hours?

Yes. Venues rarely hand over a hall at 9am, so early morning, evening and overnight slots are part of the normal service. Tell us the venue's access window and we'll build the schedule round it.

Running an event here?

We already have the access notes and a layout that fits the room, so a quote takes minutes rather than a site visit.

Planning guide

Three layouts, and how to choose.

Poster count, aisle width and where the catering goes decide this more than anything else. Send a rough sketch of the hall and we'll return a drawn plan with board positions and numbering.

Spine rows

Parallel runs of boards with aisles between them. The densest option: both faces are used, so 60 boards carry 120 posters. Works when viewing is timed and delegates move along the row.

AISLE2.5 m minimum
BEST FOR80+ posters

Booths

Three panels forming a bay that opens onto the aisle. Each presenter gets a defined space they can stand in and talk from — the right call for degree shows, exhibitors and sponsor tables.

Perimeter & screening

Boards round the walls keep the floor clear for catering and conversation. The same panels close off registration, interview rooms or a back-of-house area in a shared hall.

What we need from you

A sketch is enough

Room dimensions, door and pillar positions, poster count, and the hours the venue gives you for access. We'll come back with a numbered plan the day after.

How it works

One figure, quoted properly.

There's no price list because the two things that move the price — where the event is, and when we can get in and out — change with every booking. Here's what happens instead.

01

You tell us the shape of it

Venue, dates, rough board count, and the access window if you have it. Two minutes on the form.

02

We quote, and plan the layout

One figure including delivery, installation, collection and Velcro. A drawn layout if you send the hall plan.

03

We build it in your access slot

Early morning, evening or overnight — whatever the venue gives us. Boards numbered to your plan.

04

We collect, you go home

Panels away at the time agreed. Nothing left in the hall, nothing for your team to store.

Rough estimate

How many boards is that?

One A0 poster per face, two per board, plus spares for late abstracts. Drag to your poster count.

A venue, a date and a rough board count is enough for a full figure. If the plan is still moving, say so — we quote ranges too.
